If You apply for a position with the Company and are successful, We keep your contact details, qualifications, employment history, ethnicity and disability details for 7 years post-employment or engagement with the Company. Once this time period has expired, We will delete Your data.

If You apply for a position with the Company and are unsuccessful, We keep your contact details, qualifications, employment history, ethnicity and disability details for 6 months post campaign. Once this time period has expired, We will delete Your data.

If You are a customer, We will keep Your contact details, pay details, lifestyle information, purchase history and location for seven years after the end of Your engagement with the Company. Once this time period has expired, We will delete Your data.

If You are an existing customer, We will keep Your identity data, behavioural data, engagement data and qualitative data for seven years after the end of Your engagement with the Company. Once this time period has expired, We will delete Your data.

If You are a potential customer, We will keep Your identity data, behavioural data, engagement data and qualitative data for 1 year post campaign. Once this time period has expired, We will delete Your data.
